Tahini Fudge Melts Healthy (Printable Version)

Tahini, cocoa, and coconut oil meet maple for soft, rich fudge. Naturally sweet and freezer-friendly.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup tahini
02 - 1/4 cup cacao powder or cocoa powder
03 - 1/4 cup coconut oil
04 - 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey, or stevia drops to taste
05 - Optional: walnuts, pistachios, chia seeds, chocolate chips, pecans

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Melt the coconut oil if it is not already in a liquid state.
02 - Stir tahini, cacao powder, coconut oil, maple syrup (or honey or stevia), and any optional mix-ins until smooth.
03 - Spread the mixture into a small container, ice cube tray, or candy molds. Freeze until set.
04 - Cut the fudge into squares or bars. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer.
