# Ingredients:

01 - 3 large sweet potatoes
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 3 tablespoons maple syrup
04 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1/3 cup chopped pecans

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02 - Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch rounds.
03 - Toss the sweet potato rounds with olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.
