Healthy Maple Fudge Squares (Printable Version)

01 - 1/2 cup almond butter
02 - 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
03 - 2 tbsp coconut oil
04 - 1 banana or double the amount of nut butter
05 - 1/2 tsp maple extract

# Steps to Follow:

01 - If using unsalted nut butter, add 1/8 teaspoon of salt. If the nut butter is not soft, gently warm it until easy to stir.
02 - Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Use a blender or food processor for the smoothest results.
03 - Spread the mixture into a parchment-lined small container, ice cube tray, candy molds, or mini cupcake liners.
04 - Refrigerate or freeze until firm. Slice and enjoy. Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer.
