Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Add all ingredients except chocolate chips and ⅓ cup of oats to a blender and blend until smooth.

Stir in the chocolate chips and remaining oats until evenly distributed.

Pour the batter into a baking dish and spread evenly to the edges.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until edges are golden. Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
