Preheat oven to 177°C (350°F). Prepare 33x23cm (13x9 inch) baking dish with non-stick spray or line the bottom with foil and spray the foil for easy release.

In a medium sized bowl, combine the melted peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk; mix until thoroughly incorporated. Set aside.
03 -
Using a food processor, or a plastic bag and rolling pin, crush the graham crackers into approximately 1 1/2 cups of crumbs. Mix the crumbs together with the melted butter and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
04 -
Spread the chocolate chips/chunks, toffee bits and coconut evenly onto the crust. Pour the peanut butter/condensed milk mixture over the top. Sprinkle with M&Ms.
05 -
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
06 -
For presentation, melt 1/2 cup of chocolate chips with 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil in the microwave. Heat for 15-second intervals, stirring between each interval until completely melted. Using a fork, drizzle the chocolate over the top of the bars and chill for 15 minutes to set the chocolate.
