If using frozen mango, allow it to thaw until soft or warm in microwave for about 30 seconds to soften.

Add mango to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a splash of water if needed to achieve desired consistency.

Sift matcha powder into a small bowl, add hot water, and whisk together until fully dissolved.

Combine vanilla protein powder (or sweetener) with milk and blend using a frother or blender until well incorporated.

Fill glass with mango puree, add ice, pour in 3/4 of the vanilla milk, add the matcha mixture, then top with remaining vanilla milk.
