Mango Matcha Latte (Printable Version)

A refreshing tropical drink combining sweet mango puree, earthy matcha, and creamy vanilla milk for a beautiful layered beverage.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup chopped fresh or frozen mango (about one small mango)
02 - 1-2 teaspoons matcha powder
03 - 1/4 cup hot water
04 - 1 cup milk
05 - 1-2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (or maple syrup/sweetener to taste)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - If using frozen mango, allow it to thaw until soft or warm in microwave for about 30 seconds to soften.
02 - Add mango to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a splash of water if needed to achieve desired consistency.
03 - Sift matcha powder into a small bowl, add hot water, and whisk together until fully dissolved.
04 - Combine vanilla protein powder (or sweetener) with milk and blend using a frother or blender until well incorporated.
05 - Fill glass with mango puree, add ice, pour in 3/4 of the vanilla milk, add the matcha mixture, then top with remaining vanilla milk.
