# Ingredients:

01 - 6 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - Juice of 1 lemon
06 - Zest of 1 lemon
07 - 1 tsp dried oregano
08 - 1 tsp dried thyme
09 - 1 tsp salt
10 - ½ tsp black pepper
11 - ½ tsp paprika
12 - ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
13 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
14 - Lemon slices for serving

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
04 - Pour the mixture over the chicken, coating each piece well.
05 - Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the skin is golden brown and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
06 - Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon slices.
