Set up 19 plastic shot cups on a cookie sheet for easy filling and chilling.

In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, rum, eggnog, milk, and 1 tsp nutmeg. Beat with a hand mixer until thick.

Gently fold in the Cool Whip with a spatula until fully combined.

Fill cups about ¾ full with the mixture. Cover with lids. Chill for 1 hour if you prefer them cold.
