# Ingredients:

→ Pudding mix

01 - 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding, 3.4 oz each

→ Liquid ingredients

02 - 1½ cups spiced rum
03 - 1 cup eggnog
04 - ½ cup whole milk

→ Spices and toppings

05 - 1 tsp ground nutmeg plus extra for garnish, if desired
06 - 4 oz Cool Whip, extra for garnish
07 - Whole star anise for optional garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set up 19 plastic shot cups on a cookie sheet for easy filling and chilling.
02 - In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, rum, eggnog, milk, and 1 tsp nutmeg. Beat with a hand mixer until thick.
03 - Gently fold in the Cool Whip with a spatula until fully combined.
04 - Fill cups about ¾ full with the mixture. Cover with lids. Chill for 1 hour if you prefer them cold.
