# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese (full fat recommended)
02 - 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
03 - 1 tablespoon peanut butter
04 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
05 - ½ overripe banana, fresh or frozen

→ For Blending

06 - 3 tablespoons milk (or enough to achieve desired consistency)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, and banana into your blender. Blend until combined and smooth.
02 - Divide this mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze thoroughly for at least 4 hours.
03 - When mixture is frozen and you're ready to serve, transfer frozen cubes back into the blender. Add the milk and blend to a soft-serve consistency. Add a little more milk only if needed to facilitate blending. Serve immediately.
