Classic Coconut Macaroons Batch (Printable Version)

Moist coconut rounds, gently baked with maple and almond undertones. Quick prep and perfect for any occasion.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
02 - 1 tbsp almond meal or flour of choice
03 - 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp milk of choice or coconut milk
04 - Just over 1/16 tsp salt
05 - 3 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup, honey, or agave
06 - 1/4 tsp pure vanilla or coconut extract

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together all ingredients.
02 - Microwave or heat on the stove until thick enough to scoop balls.
03 - Use a melon baller, spoon, or ice cream scoop to form balls. Place on a cookie tray and bake on the center rack for 15 minutes.
04 - Let cool completely before removing from the tray. Optionally, dip cooled macaroons in melted chocolate or sugar-free chocolate chips.
