Get your oven hot at 350°F.

Put a big pan on medium flame. Shape the sausage into 12 flat circles, a bit wider than each bun. Toss them in the pan and cook till they're no longer pink.

While waiting, grab a bread knife and slice the rolls across the middle without pulling them apart. Drop the bottom parts into your baking dish and keep the tops nearby.

Spoon cooked eggs over the bottom buns, then add pepper jack on top. Next, put the sausage patties on the cheese and cover with American cheese. Gently place the top buns over everything.

Mix the warm butter and maple syrup in a little bowl. Drizzle all of it over the tops so it runs down the sides and soaks the bottoms too.

Stick them in for 15-20 mins until the cheese gets all gooey. Then dig in!
