# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/2 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
02 - oil spray or 1-4 tsp oil
03 - 1/4 cup flour or almond meal
04 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
05 - 3 tbsp milk of choice
06 - optional 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
07 - 1/2 cup buffalo sauce or hot sauce
08 - 1-4 tsp butter or oil

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking dish with parchment paper.
02 - Spray cauliflower florets with oil spray or toss with a little oil. Place the florets in a large bowl or a large Ziploc bag.
03 - Toss the cauliflower with flour and garlic powder until evenly coated. If using breadcrumbs, finely crush them. Add the milk of choice and then the breadcrumbs, tossing to coat.
04 - Arrange coated florets in a single layer on the prepared baking dish and bake on the center rack for 25 minutes.
05 - Combine oil or melted butter with buffalo sauce. The fat helps the sauce adhere to the cauliflower.
06 - Dip the baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture. Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
07 - Broil the cauliflower for up to 5 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
08 - Serve the buffalo cauliflower wings with ranch dressing or other preferred dipping sauce.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For extra crunch, use the optional breadcrumbs.
