Brownie Baked Oatmeal Bars (Printable Version)

Chocolate oatmeal bars with banana, peanut butter, and cocoa. Wholesome, easy, and great for breakfast or snack time.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup peanut butter or allergy-friendly substitute
02 - 3 cups mashed banana
03 - 1 cup milk of choice or water
04 - 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey or agave
05 - 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
06 - 3 cups rolled oats
07 - 1/2 cup cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder
08 - 1 tsp salt
09 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a 9x13 inch pan.
02 - Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl to form a batter.
03 - Smooth the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes.
04 - Let cool after baking, then serve hot or cold. For a richer flavor, allow to rest overnight.
