04 - 1/4 cup oil or additional water
05 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

06 - 1 1/2 cups flour (spelt, white, or oat flour)
07 - 1/2 cup protein powder or additional flour
08 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
09 - 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
10 - 3/4 teaspoon salt
11 - 1/8 teaspoon cardamom (optional)

→ Additional Ingredients

12 - 1 cup blueberries (fresh or thawed frozen)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan and set it aside.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, maple syrup (or honey or agave), water, oil (or additional water), and vanilla extract until well combined.
03 - In the same bowl, stir in the flour, protein powder (or additional flour), baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cardamom (if using). Mix until just evenly combined.
04 - Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to smash them.
05 - Smooth the batter into the prepared pan. Bake on the center rack for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
06 - Let the bread cool completely in the pan. For the best flavor and texture, loosely cover it with a cloth towel and refrigerate overnight before serving.
