In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken with a drizzle of oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the reserved 1/4 cup of bang bang sauce and mix thoroughly to coat all pieces. Thread the chicken onto skewers.

Preheat air fryer to 190°C for 5 minutes. Cook chicken skewers at 190°C for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking process.
