Divide the dough into individual balls. Place them on a greased baking tray, leaving space between each ball to allow for spreading.

Bake the cookies on the center rack for 11 minutes. They may appear undercooked when removed.

Let the cookies cool on the baking tray for 10 minutes. During this time, they will firm up. If cookies do not spread adequately, gently press them with a spoon after baking.

Extra dough balls can be frozen for baking at a later date.
