Sweet Chili Chicken Crockpot (Printable Version)

Tender chicken slow-cooked in sweet chili sauce and cream cheese, finished with green onions.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 oz packet ranch dressing mix
03 - 20.75 oz sweet chili sauce (about 2.5 cups, Panda Express brand recommended)
04 - 8 oz cream cheese (Philadelphia brand preferred)
05 - Sliced green onions for serving

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker.
02 - Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix evenly over the chicken.
03 - Pour the sweet chili sauce over the chicken and seasoning.
04 - Place the block of cream cheese on top of the chicken.
05 - Cook the chicken on LOW for 4.5 hours or on HIGH for 3.5 hours.
06 - Shred the chicken with two forks and stir the cream cheese into the sauce until everything is well combined.
07 - Serve the chicken over rice, garnished with green onions. Optionally, add a serving of green vegetables.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Ensure to use a slow cooker of 4 quarts or larger for this recipe.
02 - For best results, use Philadelphia brand cream cheese as it melts better.
