Pour the sweet chili sauce over the chicken and seasoning.

Place the block of cream cheese on top of the chicken.

Cook the chicken on LOW for 4.5 hours or on HIGH for 3.5 hours.

Shred the chicken with two forks and stir the cream cheese into the sauce until everything is well combined.
