Slow Cooker Cajun Red Beans (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound dried red beans
02 - 1 link andouille sausage, quartered
03 - 2 links smoked sausage, sliced
04 - 1 yellow onion, diced
05 - 1 rib celery, diced
06 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 3 bay leaves
08 - 6 cups water
09 - 2 beef bouillon cubes
10 - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Add all the ingredients to a 5-quart or larger slow cooker.
02 - Stir well, cover with the lid, and cook on high for 6 hours.
03 - Mash some of the beans against the side of the pot to adjust the creaminess of the mixture, if desired.
04 - Serve over cooked rice.
