No Bake Protein Balls (Printable Version)

Nutty oats, chocolate chips, and protein powder create quick, wholesome bites for a satisfying snack.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups no-stir creamy peanut butter
02 - 1/2 cup honey
03 - 1 1/3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
04 - 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
05 - 1/8 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Add the no-stir creamy peanut butter, honey, rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, salt, and mini chocolate chips to a mixing bowl. Use a rubber spatula to mix until combined.
02 - Use a mini cookie scoop or spoon to create approximately 1-inch portions onto a wax paper-covered cookie sheet.
03 - Roll each portion with your hands until they form a ball shape.
04 - Place the cookie sheet with the energy bites in the fridge for 1 hour or until firm.
05 - Transfer the energy balls to a ziploc bag and store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for 2-3 months.
