Pre-heat Air Fryer to 370°F (188°C) and set the timer for 10 minutes.

In a large shallow bowl, zest the lemon, then add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley. Combine the mixture until all ingredients are well-blended.

Add canned crab meat, Panko breadcrumbs, and beaten egg to the mixture. Stir until well mixed, then divide the mixture into 4 equal patties.

Place the patties in a single layer on parchment-lined containers. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Transfer patties to the Air Fryer tray in a single layer. Insert the tray into the Air Fryer and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden.

Allow patties to cool for 1 minute. Serve as is or with your favorite sauce.
