# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz fresh strawberries
02 - 9 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips or finely chopped chocolate
03 - 1 tsp vegetable or coconut oil (optional)
04 - Melted white or dark chocolate for drizzling (optional)
05 - Optional toppings (e.g., nuts, sprinkles, etc.)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Wash the strawberries and dry them thoroughly with paper towels. Ensure the strawberries are completely dry before proceeding.
02 - Melt the chocolate carefully using a double boiler or a microwave. Stir until smooth and add vegetable or coconut oil for a shinier finish if desired.
03 - Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, using a spoon, fork, toothpick, or skewer to hold the strawberries. Optionally coat with toppings of choice.
04 - Place the coated strawberries on a parchment or wax paper-lined tray or let them dry upside down by sticking the skewer into a piece of Styrofoam.
05 - Decorate with melted white or dark chocolate if desired. Let the chocolate harden at room temperature before serving.
06 - Serve the strawberries the same day for the best taste. Store uncovered and unrefrigerated in a cool, dry place for up to eight hours. After this time, refrigerate for up to two days or freeze in an airtight container for up to one month.
