# Ingredients:

01 - Chicken thighs or chicken breasts, cubed into 2-inch squares
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
04 - Pinch of salt and pepper

05 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
06 - 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon sriracha

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl. Set aside 1/4 cup of the sauce for marinating the chicken.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken with a drizzle of oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the reserved 1/4 cup of bang bang sauce and mix thoroughly to coat all pieces. Thread the chicken onto skewers.
