02 - 3 tablespoons butter, softened, salted or unsalted
03 - 2 tablespoons honey
04 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, adjusted to taste
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, adjusted to taste
08 - 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
09 - Lemon wedges, optional

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
02 - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together softened butter, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until smooth.
03 - Pat dry the salmon fillets and season both sides with salt and pepper. Place the fillets skin-side down into the prepared baking dish.
04 - Spread the honey mustard mixture evenly over the top of the salmon fillets.
05 - Bake in the oven for 11-14 minutes or until the salmon is flaky, pink, and opaque. Use a food thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) in the thickest part of the fillet.
06 - Garnish with fresh parsley and optional lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
